以三~四人為一組進行各項實驗操作。本系列實驗將以PC-3人類前列腺細胞株做為材料，進行細胞培養的操作，一般每2∼3天需進行一次繼代培養。 課程目標：熟練細胞培養與相關細胞學之實驗技術課程內容：指導學生親自操作細胞生物學相關實驗技術，包括以下主題：1. Animal cell culture: sterilization, media preparation, subculture, and inverted phase microscopy2. Cell staining: Giemsa staining, cell viability assay, immunocytochemistry, and fluorescent microscopy3. Cell population assay: hemocytometer, BCA assay, and propidium iodide assay4. Biotinylation: SDS-PAGE and Western blotting5. Cell and organelle isolation: Percoll gradient centrifugation and dot blotting6. Electronic microscopy7. mtDNA and mRNA purification8. PCR9.
